The horses here are turned out as a herd which gives us the unique ability to watch their social interaction. We are so lucky to be able to became voyeurs into their world. We have been able to notice that horses create a bond of friendship with select horses. Tyra and Zara are a prime example of this. They both would hang out together all the time. When they where not together they would call out for each other. Not in a herd bound way but from time to time throughout the day a simple call and response from the other.
